Stock 1992 Delco CD Player Odd Issue

The basics of my problem are that I have a 1992 T/A convertible with an OEM CD player that won’t fully power on. The clock does not change either by passage of time or by attempting to set. When the power button is hit to turn the deck on, the volume indicator appears on the screen but the power antenna does not go up and the radio does not respond to any button except for power, eject, and set. No sounds going to the speakers.

Radio fuse in the fuse box is not blown. Unplugging the battery for ten minutes reset the clock to zeroes but did not affect other symptoms. The clock never resumed keeping time. All other vehicle features, including windows, cigarette lighter, courtesy light, etc are working. I have not been able to locate the “convenience center:”

Any advice is appreciated
