Sony CD Unit w/Changer Controls

I currently have a Sony cassette head unit with a Sony 10 Disc changer. Does anyone know if Sony makes a CD head unit that can control the changer?

(Its the last model before Sony introdused the Explod Series)

If im not mistaken the new sony explode cd player w/fold down face can do it. It looks pretty coll if you like red. IMOP thats too much red for me. I'm a blue kinda guy. later hope taht helped
