Question about wire harnesses....

I'm just wondering,if I get a wire harness for my Camaro, will it fit just about any stereo or will I have to get a harness for the particular radio?

Thanks,

The wiring harness(s) you normaly buy connect to the headunit(which is just a buncha wires) so that you dont have to cut the wires attached to the vehicle. This allows you to just plugin the headunit with no splicing/cutting of factory wiring. The harness is re-usable.
