So many options.
What are you trying to achieve? SPL? Sound Quality?
What is your budget?
Are you looking for something period correct, or newer?
What are you using as a head unit? What about the other speakers? They all work together to create the sound you'll be listening to.

I’m looking for good sound quality and basically all those things that you mentioned. I would like it to be pretty nice but I don’t wanna spend to much on it.

So you want everything, but for nothing. Got it.

In the end you likely just need a basic setup. There's about 500 different ways to get there.

If your deck doesn't have RCA outputs you're limited to High Level Input, which kinda sucks.

Any decent brand D series amp and subs will do you fine. 2 channel D sub amp + single 12 DVC sub and it'll be louder than you'd expect.

I just purchased the car and all the wires had been run from a previous amp and sub so I don’t have to struggle with running those just need good brands or experiences.

I have one of these in my Jeep and love it. Paired with a pioneer amp. Won't win any DBL competitions but nice thump and it plenty loud enough for me. Once I get further into my T/A build one is going in.

Sure you can put an amp or sub (or both) in the spare tire area, but then you lose your spare tire. Better to put all that in the other side, storage box. There is a lot of space there. Lots of guys on the forum have done it, just do a search. If you want some recommendations on stereo equipment, I would suggest something from Pioneer. Just about everything they make is good value for the money. I would go with a mono amp in the 150- 200 watt range. Then a 10" or 12" sub in a custom box in the left side storage area. The box might be a little pricey, but it will be worth it to get the quality sound you want. Putting it in the storage space hides it and doesn't take up all the space in the well.
