I need people who really know their GM radio wiring

On my '85 IROC someone has hacked the wires to the radio up before I got it. I want to put a delco radio in it now. I have an extra one that I took out of my '90 Cavalier. I know what wires go to what in the car, but I'm going to convert the car to a late model GM plug because that's what my cavalier uses.

I need to know what pins on the back of late model radios go to. In these pictures I've got some plugs I got from a junkyard plugged into the radio. The guy only gave me 3 plugs and I didn't have the radio with me. There are 4 places for plugs on the back of my radio. Anybody who knows what wires go to what could you tell me? I now of a way to figure it out for sure, but I don't want to take my cavalier radio out right now.

blue harness is rear speakers:

driver:
+ brown
- yellow

passenger:
+ dark blue
- light blue

white harness is front speakers:

driver:
+ tan
- gray

passenger
+ light grean
- dark green

the larger harness is your 12v constant, ignition, dimmer, and illumination. Most colors should match up to the wires in your IROC. I'm sure of the speakers part, I won't post my guesses for the large harness since its been a while since i've worked on a GM radio. I hope that gets you started.

Thanks a lot, that should help me figure it out. I looked in my haynes manuals for diagrams but the problem I had was some colors are in 2 different plugs.
