Well I'm seriously considering a set of pro series 10.5 But like most everything else, I tend to rush into purchases. Lately though I've been looking into them a lot and I went to my local dealer to check it out. they didnt have them set up right so I didnt get to hear the subs, but before I buy them I'll definately make them set it up. Anyway, I'd like to hear everything you guys have to say about them, esepcially if anyone hasd something bad to say...and please explain it well....thank you!!!

It's good to see someone interested in BA's. I just bought two 12" BA Pro series subs a month or so ago. All I can say is WOW! Those things slam hard, one twelve hits as hard or harder than my two tens I used to have. I don't have a box for them yet, just a plate (box next week) but they are plenty loud without it. I am also very impressed with their sound quality. They seem to be very clear and sharp sounding. Very punchy also.

Definitely have them set them up for you before you buy them, but like the guys at Columbus Car Audio told me: Boston only makes speakers in the car market. What that means is that they devote 100% to that and do not have to worry about amps and other stuff. I highly recommend them, even though they might be pricey, they are worth every penny. Good luck

Matt

Yeah I forgot to mention that I also have Rally series 6x9's and a pair of 4x6's. I love both of those too, although I think I will be getting rid of the 4x6's soon and putting some compnents in instead. Those will sound much better.

IROCET hit the nail, on the head.

I keep telling people this...buy speakers from people who devote their time to ONLY speakers!! BA's are the best around, in every price bracket.

My now-disbanded stereo (selling the old RS) included BA 746 plates in front and RX97 6x9s in the rear. Clear, accurate, and very impressive!!!

I have a deposit right now on a '97 30th anniversary Z28, and I plan on putting BA's Rally series components in it. I have never seen a BA product that I was not impressed with.

The only concession I am making to BA in this new system is the sub...gotta go with the Eclipse Aluminum. One of these hits almost as hard as 2 Boston Pros...just my opinon though
