What wires go to what?

Hey anyone. I just recently bought a 1986 Pontiac trans am. I've been trying to get the radio to work recently, the radio is a Kenwood kds-24bu. The original plug didn't fit it obviously so an aftermarket plug had to be hooked up to make it work, the problem is, I don't know which wire goes with which. Plus there are more open wires coming from the car then there are coming from the plug. Any advice?
