How do i bridge this?
i have an mtx 2300 and for briged mode it says
"for briged operation connect left(+) to mono speaker(s) postive terminal. Connect right(-) to mono speaker(s) negative terminal.
So what do i do, if i have 2 subs ina box with 2 different sets of
+-?

You can either run the amp in stereo, with positives going to pos. and negitives going to negs. OR Wire it bridged with both pos going to one terminal and both negs going to one terminal. Depending on ohm resistance of speakers the ohm load should drop in half by wiring in parallel. if 4 ohm speakers your amp will see 2 ohms, so make sure your amp can handle 2 ohm load in bridged mode.

Usually, now not all subs are the same, but usually, I see this on my amp:
+ - + - I would use the outer two + and -. Mine has a switch to go from mono to stereo as well.
