what u guys think is the best woofer for a sealed box

That's like asking what's the best shoe for feet. There are hundreds of good subs out there, and each one will suit somebody different. You want a smooth response, slammming bass, high effeciency, a small enclosure, etc? All of that matters. What it boils down to is that you should go listen to some subs and decide what you like. If you were nuts enough to buy the enclosure before the sub, then you also need to find a sub that is designed to work in that size box.
