Old Punch 60 stability

Is the old Punch 60 1 ohm stable. I heard they advertise 2ohm, but a stereo guy told me that he went to a RF workshop and they told him they were 1 ohm stable. Any info is good. THanks

The old punch 60 is a rock solid amp. I personally have never run one one down to 1 ohm, but I have run many 60's to 2 ohms, and they never really got hot.
