I have been searching and I have been finding older posts on double din radios but I would like to know if there is anything new on the market. I would like it the be a double din with satellite radio, apple car play and camera. Any recommendations would be appreciated

Check out the options on screaming chickens website. They have double din head units that are nice and all the mounting stuff as well. I got one and it's great. The figment was perfect. It's got car play/android auto state and a backup camera.

it also has mirroring so I can put my efi management up on it

Re: New double din satellite radio

I most recently used the Pioneer W3000NEX, which is double din and has all the features you mentioned. Notably, it was the cheapest name brand unit that included WIRELESS Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (about a year and a half ago, circumstances may vary).

Also, I have one of the 2 din radio bezels for the generation of firebird you have in your info just sitting around if you want it for the price of shipping. Printed it for someone else on the forum who was begging for someone to send it to Canada since nobody else would, then they never came back to see if anyone had agreed. their loss, your gain.

1982-92 Camaro/Firebird Double DIN Radios – Screaming Chicken
We have several radios that have all 3 requests available at the link above (all of them except the Kenwood DMX129BT). A big difference in price is whether or not the radio has Carplay or wireless Carplay, normally around a $100 price difference. If the radio isn't wireless you have to have it connected through the USB in order to use the Carplay features. All of them also have bluetooth so you can make/receive calls and stream music with no wires attached. The Kenwood and JVC radios are very similar since they are made at the same factory, the JVC is normally slightly cheaper for the same features. In addition to Kenwood and JVC we also have the Pioneer DMH-W3000NEX which has wireless Carplay and a GPS antenna for better radio reception and it sets the clock for you automatically. The antenna doesn't have to be visible to work and greatly improves radio reception. We have a Youtube video showing the install for 1985-92 Firebirds at the link below. We also have dash kits and speakers available.
