Anyone ever ordered from The ZEB ?

I placed an order with them 2 weeks ago and they e-mailed me saying my items were not in stock but would be shipped tuesday. I e-mailed them for a track # and they said they still had'nt come in but would the next day. So I called them today and they kinda gave me the run a round. Has anybody had any experience with these guys? good or bad. I'm starting to think I should have spent the extra $ and gone with Crutchfield.

I've ordered from them twice, the first time everything went just fine, the second time there was a stock problem with the subs I ordered (this was just a month or so ago) and they were supposed to notify me but didn't.. I emailed and they said it'd be here the next wedesday which was only a couple days ahead and they came that day.. the zeb is pretty good IMO.. If you order from cruthfield vs. the zeb youll pay ALOT more.. of course youll have the full manufacturer warranty with crutchfield though..
