Does anyone know where I can find a authorized clarion repair shop? A phone number would be great or anything. I looked on their web site and there was nothing but an address.

First, try www.clarionmultimedia.com.

Also, Best Buy is an authorized service center. They don't do it in the store; they send it out to some centrally located place.

I'm pretty sure that even if it's out of warranty, you can pay Best Buy to fix it. You want to talk to the "PC Tech" guys, who fix the computers. They're the ones who send it out for you.

I do work for Best Buy...but I have no clue as to the quality of their service center. I just thought I'd let you know.
