Need Answer QUICK

I installed a power inverter and PS2 and all. I have them all hooked up.

If I have the PS2 turned off, do I have to turn off the inverter too or can that just run so I dont have to lift sh** out, after everytime I use my PS2 in my car.

I just needed an answer quick cause the car is out in the driveway with PS2 off and inverter on...just dont want it to burn up or kill the battery.

I dont have a lot of exp with an inverter but if you want to leave the inverter in all of the time and it has a cig plug on it cut it off ground the ground and run the hot wire to the fuse box use a 1/4" crimp on spade and connect to the ign sockit when you turn off the ign switch the inv will go off but as far as leaving it on all the time it seemes like it would drain power and get hot wait a while and check to see if it is hot hope i helped later

The inverter should not use any power while the PS2 is off unless it has a standby mode.
