need a system...any ideas?

Ok well, I bought this cd player off of ebay, and well to be frank it blows and I can't get it to fit...probably bad bargain hunting on my part. Anyway, are there any cd players that will fit a camaro well? I cant' get this one far enough back because there isn't enough room. Also, any speaker recomendations? Should I stick with 6x9's or should I go with something different?

Pioneer makes a cd player and a tape player that fit into a F body. Depending on the year of your camaro. You can also buy a mounting kit that will adapt to fit any deck into your car.

I'm not aware of a 1.5 DIN Pioneer unit that has tape and cd. I just went to their website to verify, and found no such beast. All of their 1.5 DIN units are strictly CD unless there's a brand new one that's not listed on their site yet.

eclipse makes great cd players and they will fit with the right kit. My buddy has one in his 89formula. Any good audio shop should be able to get you one.

You can use Crutchfield.com to find a stereo to fit your car. They have a great application guide. You don't have to buy from them, but you'll be able to find out which cd players (the ones they carry anyway) will fit in yer car.

What stereo did you get? I am looking for one and maybe I can buy it off of you if you don't want it, depending upon what it is, of course.
