Well I just installed my new Pioneer TS-A4612 4X6's into my dash today perfect fit so that was nice. But even before when I turned the volume and bass up to much the left speaker would crackle some. I know its not the speakers because the stockers and the new pioneers do this? Whats the probaly could it be the wiring.
In a few day I'm going to pick up so rockford fosgate 6X9's for sale at best buy for 60 bucks seems pretty good with a 150 max watts and 75 rms. they're 2 ways too. Anywayz anyone know what the crackle is from and are the fosgate 6x9s good? Thanx

I'd guess the wiring, I've had that problem too it was bare wiring touching something.

pull out you head unit and run new wire, insted of trying to find the old stuff.

when I ran the wire for my quick panels I rant them fromt the deck and tucked it up under the dash. if you take off you dash pad you'll see spots that you can run em, I'd say from the deck to under the dash(and on my car) there was a 1in square spot to run it up into the dash speakers. It wasn't that hard when I did it, just use a stiff wire and attach your speaker wire to the back of it. that made it easy for me man! Later
