Pluging a clarion help needed
I have a clarion radio and was wondering about a wire the yellow one witch is the one that i plug to the batterie
Does this wire plug on direcly one the battery
(the wire is small )
never plug a radio but the reste is easy
just wondering how u guys plug that wire

The Yellow wire should be connected to a constant (even when the car is off) 12V source. This wire is for the HU memory.
(edit: The yellow wire doesn't have to be connected directly to the battery. There should be a factory wire behind the HU (or at the fuse box) that is constantly hot.)
The other power wires are: Red - ignition (only hot when key is turned on) and Orange - illumination (only hot when headlights are turned on).
