Hey guys, I am ordering a set of 6X9 Rockford Fosgate speakers for my 92 bird. Now when I ordered my 4X6 speakers from Crutchfield they sent a little adapter thingy with it, so I could plug them up to my factory wires. Well Crutchfields is sold out of them, and they say they are no longer being made. So I am ordering them from www.thezeb.com. Does anyone know if Iwill need any thing other than the 6X9's to hook them up in my car. Also, does thezeb send you the adapters for free like Crutchfields does? Thanks.

 

thats all you need is that adapter so u dont have to splice off your factory wire and just hook the plugs onto the speaker and the otherend into the factory wire that sucks lol. anywayz hope I could help

 

Splice the stock wires and crimp on some spade connectors. Those wull slide right on the speaker just like your stock wires connected to your stock speakers. And they cost maybe 2 cents a piece.
