Deck doesnt keep its settings.

My Sony Deck dont know what kind is it but anyways. When I turn my car off it never keeps the settings. The Time is always 1:00 and the bass and tremble are always wrong. Is there a wire I need to hook up to the deck for memory or somthing?

yup, one of you wires (i think its still the yellow one on aftermarkets, but dont quote me on that) needs a live (constant) connection; like your cig lighter...

i cant remember the color code on the factory harnness .. but its easy to find a contant. On older cars i ran a wire straight to the battery cause that took less time than searching. Cigarette lighter is the best place for the memory wire because its so close.
