Sure can, just get an amp that accepts high level inputs, then just wire those to the 2 speakers in the sail panels and wire it up to the battery and another 12v ignition switch.

You can also get line level adapters.
These convert your powered signal from the factory radio down to RCA outputs which will allow you to hook your factory radio up to any amp with RCA inputs.
Then from the amp you wire up your speakers.
In your case you would need two of them. They're simple to hook up.
You have four wires and two RCA plugs. Hook up the + & - for the front two speakers of the factory radio and the + & - for the rear.
Then just run RCA interconnect cables to your amp and it's all done.
***Note***
Get the Female RCA connectors.
Most of your RCA interconnect cables are male/male and the amp is always female.
I think you can get them through crutchfield, but they might be cheaper through partsexpress.com.
They are called high to low level adaptor and sell for $4.20 a piece.
The price might be higher or lower since I have a old catalog.
Part # 265-026 for the female version.

If you take it to a install place then they should have everything needed to get you jammin'.
But ask ahead of time just incase.
Let them know your plans and your options.
Also when buying an amp take a moment to look at the specs on the amp. High power and price does not mean a great amp.
Look at the THD Total Harmonic Distortion) percentage.
Stay away from anything that is above 0.5% and above. It will have alot of power but alot of distortion as well.
Also look at the SNL (signal to noise ratio) The higher the number the better.
The key behind a great amp is the clean power it can produce not just the amount of power it can produce.
You would be shocked how loud 10 watts of power really is coming from a very clean amp.
A friend of mine has a $4,000 home stereo amp that pushes a whopping 32 watts of power. When he cranks it up to half volume it begins to literally shake the house! And we're talking about a block home here, not frame.
So either way you go (amp that allows high line inputs or line level adapters) just make sure your buying a good amp.
Take the time to sample several brands and definately bring your own music and varied types as well.
Always remember, you're the customer and their job is to make you a satisfied customer.

It's not that tough to add in an amp as long as it's done the right way. Get a pair of RCA adapters, and a remote turn on generator, The turn on generator is a $10 piece made by DEI, the alarm company that makes viper, and it turns on when it see's a signal on the speaker wires. You can just tap into the wires behind the radio to hook up the RCA adapters and the remote turn on generator and just run back two pairs of RCA's and a remote wire, and the rest of the wiring goes as usual.
