Go Over Bump, and Station Changes

I drove over a bump yesterday and the radio changed a few points on the dial (digital, of course), and the "fade" adjustment was being displayed, as though the radio thought I pushed the fade control button.. I reset it to the right station, and it was OK. It's a stock radio, I think. No add-ons.

Wiring coming loose ? Radio starting to wear out on me ?

Thanks GTA88

I was told bad solder joints inside the radio. Quite common in GM's so I bought a Apline unit.

Hmmm... I don't suppose it be cheap enough to make sense to have someone repair it ? Just buy a new radio, huh ? How much was your Alpine ?
