wood cutting question for all you box builders

OK. I've made all of my cuts for my box and cut out my holes for speakers and terminal cups. I test fitted some peices, and so far everything is going as planned and looks good.

Here's the problem- I can't make correct angle cuts on the edges. I have it designed to sit flush with the slope of the rear hatch and need to cut the edges at the proper angle. The way I thought I could do that did not work at all. I've got a radial arm, table saw, circular saw, and dremel all at my disposal. Can somebody give me a quick carpentry lesson?

Thanks for the help!!!!!!

You apparently figured it out, but I'll provide this info for the others that may want it:

Make life much, much easier and just use a 45 degree angle instead of trying to match the angle of the car. Any circular saw or skil saw will let you cut at a 45, and you don't have to worry about getting the compliment of the angle at the other side because it'll be 45 too.

I suggest cutting the flat angled piece, and saving the sides for last. Once the front and back of the box is done, you can just hold a piece of wood in place and trace it to the other pieces and Voila! A perfect match with absolutely no measuring or calculations.

I probably did it the most difficult way possible, but it worked. I lined up the angled board with the sides (that are already cut to the proper angle on the front side). Then I drew a line on the edge of the angled board to match the sides for a flat top surface. Then I took a T-square and drew a line all the way down the length of the board. I then took the wood to the table saw, lined it up properly so that the blade cut where the line is (holding it at an angle as I pass it through the saw), and just had very steady hands. I sanded any small imperfections with the belt sander. It's a very haphazard way to do it, but everything fit together nice and tight.

There's ways to do it with a miter box but I don't have one of them. In the future, I think I'll take Jim's advice!
