Speaker questions...
I want to get some 6X9 speakers for my new cd player. Right now I have the Bose system so i will be abandoning it (sounds too difficult to hook it up to the new cd player..).
I know the 6X9's go in the area right next to the rear passenger seat (forget the name of it...). But do you just mount them to the metal and then have no enclosure? Will that not sound bad?
Also, how much mounting depth do I have so I know what kind of speakers I can and cannot get?
Thanks.

i would just mount them. i did just mount mine in there (then got 6.5 seperates) just screw them in. i think you have plenty of room but just pull a speaker out and check. you should be good to go and it should sound much better.

Any 6x9 will mount in there depth wise you just need to cut the plastic out from "o" to"0" to allow mounting room. I think actual depth is 8in's.
