6X9 Location???
6X9 Location???
Ok.....I know that the regular location for the 6X9's is the sail panels.
But...
I was thinking. I currently have the Bose system and think the rear speakers sound good (better than the front's). And I know everyone is going to tell me rear is just for fill. But I think it sounds better, when I adjust the fader to 90% front I cant hear it too well because my leg (or passengers leg) is always in the way somehow.
So I was thinking....
Why not install the 6X9's in the rear deck where the current Bose speakers are? I already like the way they sound back there, and it'd be easy. And easy to make an enclosure for the speakers as well.
However, I do plan on eventually installing a single 10" sub in the spare tire well, is this going to screw up the sound coming from the 6X9's?
Ok, thats enough questions for now....
