Where to mount a 400 watt amp??

Where to mount a 400 watt amp??
I was wondering where to mount a 400 watt amp...I am using this for my speakers....so I will need more room for the amp that will be powering my subs. Where exactly should I mount it? Does anybody have pics of amp and sub setups? Thanks.
