factory Cd player

I want to upgrade my stereo but want to stick with factory parts. I have a '91 Formula with cassette and EQ and wanted to upgrade to the factory unit with cassette, CD and EQ. Has anyone does this ? Can it be done ?
Any idea where would you go to find one of these factory units with the EQ/CD/Cassette ?

Thx.

I found a new factory cd player on ebay about 3 months ago that had been sitting on the dealerships parts shelf for 9 years. Never used and in the original box!!!

Just keep an eye out for them!!!
