Help with installing a Bazooka sub...

I'm trying to install this Audiovox Ba-200 bazooka sub, but I have no idea how the wiring would work.. heres a link to a picture I found.. the pic has some wires in it, but I have no wires, and am just wondering what wires I need, and how I would configure them. Thanks.
