opnions on alpine type s 12"s

lookin for your all opnions on these subs,i would like to go with 3 in my car,what do you guys think of them,i want loud subs,rattle next cars windows,will these do that?or will i need to go with the 3212 RF hx2?thanks ahead of time

I would go with the Rockfords, but if u want the Type R's they will do the job if u get the DVC's....

type r's are better than the type s's???i have a 202a amp from infinity bridged 300x2,or 600x1,how could i wire up 3 subs with this amp?

you wont be able to run three subs off that amp unless it is able to handle the ohm rating of three subs, most amps can't, as for the subs i would go with the type r's, i got two of them being powered by a mrv-t757 amp and they pound.

I've got one of these suckers. 12" dvc. awesome sub for the money. i managed to pick mine up off the net for $130 shipped. highly recommend them. and yes, the r's are better models than the s's

Highly recomend two type R 12
iam running two of them also with a 757 and they are amazing
i just got this years models and they are so nice
If you go with Type R's spend the money for the 12 and use a ported box because they dont really like sealed boxes

I say go with the type -r's but go with three 10's the bass will be nice and tight unlike a 12. they tend to be too boomy and are heavy
