Getting a sub, should I put the high pass filter on all the speakers????

Currently I have a Kenwood amp powering 2 Pioneer 4x6s and 2 Pioneer 6x9s, with the high pass filter on the fronts, and the rears running full range. It sounds good but there's just too many vibrations when the bass tries to hit. So I'm getting a sub, probably a single 12" and another amp as well. My question is, with the sub, will it sound good with the high pass filter on all four speakers? I thought this might solve my problem of my speakers trying to hit hard. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you have a sub, then you should have a high pass filter on all your full range speakers. After all, they dont have to try to reproduce bass since you have a sub. The whole setup should sound cleaner since the full range speakers won't distort at high volume with the lows filtered out.
