Uh.... I'm not even sure what you're trying to accomplish, but there's a million and 12 variables that contribute to speaker longevity, and there's no bloody way I'm going to even attempt to build an algorithm for it. Just go buy some new speakers.
As Jim stated there are waaay too many factors involved in this.
1. What material the cones are made of (poly vs. paper vs. composite)
2. What material the surround is made of (foam vs. rubber)
3. Location (Dash or rear deck in the sun or shaded area of the vehicle)
4. Windows tinted or not.
5. Environment and area the vehicle resides in (weather factor)
6. Garage kept or outdoor kept.
etc...
These are just a few things that you would have to factor in your averages..not to mention production runs and technology upgrades from year to year...Wizzer cones vs. two way or splits. Impedance changes in upgraded systems (Bose vs. Delco), voice coil and motor structure changes over the years...these will all affect efficiency and power handling characteristics that directly affect the lifespan of a driver.
Just wanted to give you some things to consider.
