Well, the progress pictures are on real film for my install book and I haven't had any of it developed yet, but I'll give you a run down.

3/4" baffle with a 3/4" trim ring so the speaker sits recessed and space for a grill.

Glued it to wood supports at just short of the depth of the speaker on a backer board of just 1/4" ply and positioned it where I needed it. Screwed the backer board to the door panel and the just streatched fleece to get all my contours.

The back portion of the door will be cut open and a smaller cone shaped enclosure will be glassed to the back of the baffle with an aperiodic membrane on it. So basically the 8 will be AP into the door skin and the rest is just looks.

Carl has indicated that he doesn't have the time to make these and sell in the other post.

However ...

Sexay Customs is always looking for new business oppurtunity.

Only issue, if anyone is serious about getting a set of door panels made similar to Carl's, I would need them to send the stock ones to me to be modified, oh, and they would cost a bit more than my kickpanels.

Again, if anyone is serious, I'd be willing to do it. But it would be on a case by case basis. Too many variables between the years and between bird and camaro to make a standard mold and mass produce.

email me.

Mike, you may want to mention that on the Body board as well since they were the one's hammering me for orders

I wish I had the time as it would speed along all of the missing components before March, but as of now I just don't see the car being ready for Daytona

yeah, it's getting crunch time for me too.

Upside is all I need money for now is my front stage, a battery, and some misc materials and wireing. Paid for the EQT's last week, and pre-paid for a 12W7. Now I just need time to do it all. It's getting there.
