Adjusting to run Leaner???

I have an 1982 Z28 Camaro with a 350.. It has a Holley 600 four barrel carb on it. I don't know much about carbs but it is running really rich. Where do I adjust it to run leaner? Thanks

When is it running rich. Idle, Just off idle, Moderate throttle, WOT. Basicly you have float level, idle mixture, accerator pump, power valve, and jets.
Start with the simple stuff, adjust the float level and idle mixture.
