My lg4 has been running rich since i got a remanufactured Qjet two years ago by Holly.Tried to set the idle mixture but it would not set up on the drivers side correctly, So I desided to rebuild it. During the rebuild we find that holly forgot to place a brass "reducer"(do not know what it is called) in the idle circut on the drivers side of the carb main body. This was the problem!@#$@#!.

The Problem.
Changed the main body of the carb with one of my doner carbs and set the float and all other adjments to the doner specs.

The car started great smooth idle, no rich smell that burned your eyes out. Took the car out for a test drive.
When ever the car makes a hard left turn the car stubles,when you come to a stop the car stalls. car in then difficult to start. when it does start there is a large blackist blue cloud behind the car.
Any ideas, set the float three times since then with the same result!
