CC Q-jet to non CC q-jet
my friend has a CCC 84 t/a and his CCC is messed up. His mechanic advised him to get a non CC q-jet. I told him if he was gonan do that then go to a holley instead of a q-jet. He still insist on a q-jet, what would happed if he did put a non CC q-jet on his engine, the computer would put out an error code right? What would u have to do with the TPS and other electrical plug ins to get it running right?

I think he needs a new mechanic.
But, assuming he doesn't try to sort the CC system out, going non-CC means non-CC distributor (vacuum/mechanical advance) as well.
It also means the computer will now be brain dead. Bundle the unused connectors out of the way, or cut them off.
See Jester's sticky at the top of this forum. The questions are most likely answered in a combination of those links.
The least expensive solution (at least from a parts perspective, assuming new parts are purchased) would be to fix the CC setup.
