A QJet works great. Gives you better mileage than any other carb, and when you get into those secondaries, well, hang on!

I used a 600 CFM Holley with vacuum secondaries and it ran great on one of my cars. I bought it for about $240 i think with electric choke brand new.
let me know if this helps.

Right now I'm running high 14's with my 600 VS Holley. Pulled the plugs yesterday- perfect! Why buy a Quadra-junk when Holleys are easier to set up, tune, and have parts available everywhere-If you ask someone a tech question on a Quadrajunk 9 x out of 10 you'll get a dumbfounded look cause no body messes with them. I'm not saying people don't, but it takes a special breed to work with a lame horse!
