Is there any good reliable carbs for street use?

ok im about to swap in a carb in place of the TBI (giving me fits and no power) right now the motor is stock cept hooker header and flows (no cat) i was thinking about maybe just getting a edelbrock performer manifold and carb or maybe a holley SA 570 or 670 (do plan on swaping in a 350 eventually with about 350hp)
what do you all think?

You do know you'll need another distributor as well, right?

If you're willing to spend the money for a SA, get the Road Demon instead. It's 625 cfm, $300, and should work with either the 305 (more than it needs but not too much) or the 350 (should be fine for 350 hp).

I just this past weekend took the crossfire off and thru it in the trash......In its place is a edelbrock 1400 and a holley street dom. intake. the carb is fantastic for out of the box bolt on and go. I am still fine tuning, but overall 110% improvement.

I have a new in the box 770 street avenger I'll sell if anyone is interested. I need $320 for it, at that price, I'll pay shipping. I paid a little more than that for it on Ebay, but I'm selling it because my engine builder got me a good deal on a tricked out Demon carb without my permission. Please E-mail me at TPI79MC@aol.com with any questions.
