Proform main body questions within...

Ok, I'm getting conflicting answers on this. Summit is telling me the 67101C "750 VS" one will work with my 750 VS 4160 carb but Jegs is telling me it won't.

Will it work?

What is the actual list number on your carb? The number is on the front of the choke tower...

This is from the instructions;

"Before proceeding any further, you should check to be certain that your new carburetor main body will fit your carburetor. With your carburetor upside down, the throttle plates will have a number stamped on them. These numbers should be either 172 or 173. If they are not, measure the throttle bore diameter to be certain that your carburetor has 1-11/16" throttle bore. If it does not, the new carburetor main body will not work properly with the remaining components from your original carburetor."

The blades read 173 and the bores are 1-11/16" so 67101C is the one I order?

There are only two models of the Proform main body, vacuum secondary and mechanical secondary (double pumper). Get the one that matches what you have.
