good cam carb combo?

im having a XE 262 installed as we speak. i am wondering if my 600 edelbrock will still be a good carb for the car. its the electric choke model if that matters. thanks.

Transmission: 700R4 and TransGo2
Advance your timing as far as possible to regain lost lower rpm power. Then simply reset your idle mixture and speed for the new cam.

You may also be able to richen the primary and secondary venturis with different jets and rods to gain hp and torque. Experiment.
