Can i make a cc qjet non electric?

Ok, i have just ripped just about every electrical POS out of my 87 LG4, switched everything to non computer except for the carb i got a CC q-jet w/ manual choke, my question is, is there a way to remove the 2 electrical plugs on the carb and make it work? It runs for the most part but just dosent hit just the way it should.
I wanna run the q-jet minus the electrical, so if anyone can help it would be appreciated, thanks

87 Ta LG4, new cam, new L98 heads, headers, and a few extra little odds n ends

Not really no. You can get it to limp around...but the A/F will never be right. You have to get an older, non-cc Q jet.

What part of the carb is computer controlled, anyway? I have the Doug Roe book (from 1973) and I have a reasonable grasp on how a non cc carb operates, but what does the mixture control solenoid do? Does it replace a system from the non cc carb, or is it an additional feature?
Thanks

The mixture control solenoid setup replaces the primary rods and jets. It still has rods (special ones) and jets (non removable) AFAIK though.

The electronics only affect the primary side.
