Questions that need answers

First things firs the car is a 90 RS with 305TBI. Current setup includes a 357 carbed motor, no emmisions, etc.

First question...Is a holley 750 double pump too big for the motor? It's camed, full roller(rockers included), with either ported stock heads or aftermarket...

The second is what wires can i remove from the original wiring harness an still keep the rest of my car alive? I know the injector wires and some of the sensor wires can go but what about all the wires connected to body harness and firewall connection can go? The a/c has also been eliminated. If anyone has gne this far as to start cutting the harness down, please let me know what you pulled and what you kept.

thanx
Chris

The 750 is probably more than the engine "needs", but probably isn't "too" big. The DP part may be an issue if your torque converter is too tight.

For the wiring, reference https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=128364 and see if that helps.

my buddy has it on his 79 t/a...he needs a 650-700 for his motor. I may have just gotten a line on a LT1 setup for cheap....if you need the carb I may be able to get it to you for fairly cheap. I'll keep you informed though...
