primary metering rods on CC qjets....or

ok the ones in my hand say 57U ..iv been trying to fix my car and have come to the conclusion that i need to richen my prrimaries. iv read that you are not to touch these cause it will drive the computer nuts.... but i dont have a stock computer in it anymore. it was a 84 TA lg4 305.. tossed that and now have a bored over 350 with a 87 l69 computer and 350 conversion chip.

iv already got DR rods and B hanger for the secondaries...i dont know if i can/should go richer on the secondaries or mess with the primaries. since i have the l69 computer out of a 87 monte SS, and a 350 conversion chip, you think i can go 1 or 2 steps richer on the primaries without any problem?

Sorry man, you can't adjust the primaries on a CCC Qjet. It's not a matter of it driving the computer nuts; it's because they use a fixed jet and a special type of "stepped" metering rod.

You can't use non-CCC primary rods in a CCC Qjet.
