What in-tank pump to buy????

What in-tank pump to buy????
What pump should I get for my 91 rs? I got a Mallory regulator but sometimes I still get a spike from the stock electric pump and it throws my whole tune outta wack. I want to keep the regulator and get an in-tank pump. Which one is most affordable, reliable, etc.???
EDIT: Oh yeah, my car had the L03 TBI in it and I scrapped the computer for a carbed setup and I am running a 625cfm DEMON now. Just wanted to clarify that it's not injected anymore.

Well, I went from a TBI 305 making, what, 160HP to a Holley V/S 750'd 383 making 460 at the crank. I'm using a Mallory 3 port regulator and the Walbro high output 255 l/hr fuel pump with nary any problems.
