Choke Adjustment Advice
I have an edelcrap 600 electric choke that I'm stuck with for a while.
I had forgotten about this problem b/c it only happens when the outside temp is, say below 40* or so.
If the car is warm thoroughly, say I've driven it for 15 or 20 minutes, the problem doesn't exist. If the car is still very cold it doesn't exist.
But say I drive for 5 minutes and shut it off, if I don't start it again IMMEDIATELY, it won't start. Under no other circumstances do I have any problems. During most of the year, no trouble.
Now sometimes when the car is warming up the choke seems to shut off too soon.
What to do, what to do?

personally i've never liked auto. chokes- converting to manual would help. it might still need choked and the auto is opening it up.

I was thinking about switching to a manual choke.
I hate how they shut off (electric) after you hit the gas.
Or if I shut it down and start it back up in a few minutes and it's not all of the way, usually the choke doesn't turn on.
