What's going to connect to non-CC Carb when completed swap?

As far as vacuum lines I mean. I know the TV cable and throttle linkage, but what vaccuum lines are going to connect to the carb?
It's so hard sorting through all this emissions stuff and what I need to keep and what I don't.

Thanks.

we just put a non cc gjet on my 84 last night! Only real problem we had was the base off the stock carb wouldnt work on the older style qjet(major vacuum leak) so we had to switch linkages which really sucks, but as far as vacuum lines, we had to change the adapter on the base for the power break hose to fit and all the other vacuum lines fit except no place to plug in line for hot air injection (useless anyway) and obviously no electric connecters were plugged in so i have a check engine light and you have to be carefull because in some states a check engine light constitutes an automatic emissions fail, but otherwise im sure im running clean enough to pass

another prob we had was the older carb had the front style fuel filter so we had to cut and modify fuel lines

If you are trying to register this vehicle in the front range metro area, you may be in for a rude awakening. The light must come on when they turn the key to "on" before starting it, and go off after the engine starts.

Not sure what you meant by "hot air injection", but if you mean A.I.R., it has to be there both for the visual inspection and for the sniffer.

i meant the part on the aircleaner thats a vacuum controlled valve that when the car is cold, it opens to allow hot air in from the drivers side exaust manifold, ive also heard it called hot air choke, but heres two really interesting things, first, i do live in the metro area (broomfield) and theres an inspection place close to me where all they do is the sniffer and gas cap check, they have you pop your hood but then if you watch them from the waiting booth, they dont even glance under your hood or even at your cat, so no worry about the visual inspection. And heres the kicker about the engine light, one of my roommates works for a shop that does a lot of emissions fails and hes assured me that by the end of august, they are eliminating the rule of the check engine light being an automatic failure (im not due till 05/04). so where theres some lazy employees without a will, theres a way

If that's all they check for, you've got it made. A simple 12V timer circuit can handle that

A hot air choke is a means of heating the choke thermostat, used in the mid-late 70's. The electric choke replaced it.

What you're talking about is the hot air stove, also called thermovac system, in the air cleaner snorkel. That can be tied to any manifold (full-time) vacuum source, since the thermal switch is located within the air cleaner itself.

You may be surprised what they're actually looking for under the hood (you may not have noticed that they have a mirror-on-a-stick that they use to check for the presence of a catalytic converter). Attempting to get a non-CC 3rd gen past emissions testing is playing with fire. To say nothing of the economy you're forfeiting by going non-CC.
