Whats the diff between a 4150 and a double pumper?

Well the 4150 fells under the 4100 series of Holley carbs.
There's two major versions of the 4150 design dealing with secondary opening; the vacuum secondary(street) & double pumper(track).

So basically the DP is a mechanical secondary Holley Carb ( any Holley Carb ) that has a 'second' accelerator 'pump' for the rear.
