I have had it! help.
i cant slam my gas to the floor by the time i hit 3/4 down it bogs bad. if i hit it hard or just gently push the peddle down it bogs always. my carb was rebuilt 1 year ago. is my carb off? any ideas where i should start.

try adjusting the AV valve on your carb. heres the tech article that shows you how to do it....

The pull-off is also critical to this function.
Rods and hanger can also improve secondary response, especially the gradual application. Stock, I couldn't do a partial secondary opening (with the throttle), as it would dog out and actually slow down. With the DR rods & B hanger, I can give it just a little secondary and it will transition smoothly and give that just a little more power.

"The setscrew is on the underside of the lip of the airhorn"???? Ok, I know that I have asked this before, a while back, but I could not adjust my carb, because I could not find that screw. Is it on the passenger side as well, and where exactly is the airhorn and what does it look like?

ok, see the choke linkage on the pass side right where it connects to the AV flap? theres the adjustment screw with the spring right there. directly under it is the set screw. its a really small allen head.....
