Carter Linkage...

I just got a Carter 625cfm p/n#9635 and I was wondering if someone could post pics of how the linkage is hooked up. To hook up the cruise control on my car could I use the adaptor Edelbrock has for their performer carb?

Thanks in Advance,

automatic/manual?

is your camaro automatic (700r4)? if so, you will need a linkage adapter for the throttle valve cable from the tranny (to achieve proper t.v. cable geometry). Otherwise, you will burn up your tranny (not instantly, but within 15,000 miles)... the adapter is available from b&m.

Don't worry about the TV geometry, it will be fine. You can probably use Edelbrock parts for your cruise.

The TV geometry on the Carter throttle arm is the same as on the Qjet.
