Xstream air filter lid
I was thinking about getting one of the xstream air filter lids. does anybody have one on. What I was wondering was, do they make one to fit on the stock air cleaner.

I don't have one, and don't know if they make one to fit the stock air cleaner.
But, you'd be well advised to check the clearance between the top of the aircleaner and the hood. You very likely would be trying to pull air through the hood blanket.
