Vacuum advance Timing problem
Vacuum advance Timing problem
My car will not run right with the vacuum advance plugged into the passenger side port of my Edelbrock 750. It stops accelerating as soon as the mech. secondaries open. If I unplug the advance, it runs fine at all RPMs.
In addition, with the vacuum advance connected it has a dead spot right off idle where it will bog and eventually stall. I have the CC Magnum 280H cam and from what I read in the archives, maybe I ought to have it plugged into the manifold directly?
Thanks,
