vac. leak?

vac. leak?
i have a holley 670 s/a and one problem that is annoying me is if i turn down the idle all the way the car wont stall. it should stall right? to me that sounds like a vac. leak is this correct??
also she will stall when i turn in the air/fuel screws in all the way that's normal correct?

I see no one has responded.
Your choke high-idle cam may be picking up when the regular idle speed screw is backed off all the way.
If that's not the case, you might take the carb off and turn it over. Check the opening of the secondaries, they might be held open too much.
Other than that, I wouldn't worry about it if it runs okay otherwise.
